We own all three models: the one that turns speech into text, the one that decides, and the one that speaks. Because we depend on no outside API, we control the latency and can install the whole stack on your own servers.

An acoustic model trained separately for Turkish. It holds accuracy on noisy lines, through accents and half-finished sentences, streaming while the other person is still speaking.
Fine-tuned on your data, pricing policy and scenarios. It reads intent, recognises objections and reaches into your CRM, calendar or payment system when needed.
A natural, on-brand voice. It stops when interrupted and shifts emphasis when asking a question. This is exactly what decides how many people hang up.
Hearing, understanding and answering stays inside the rhythm of human conversation. Nobody waits for the other side to think.
The models were trained on Turkish speech. Idioms, inverted sentences and the way prices and dates are read are native, not a bolted-on translation layer.
Product names, campaigns, discount limits and promises that must never be made are taught per organisation. The model improves as it is used.
The same AI, three different homes. Choose by regulation and IT preference — and move later if you need to.
On infrastructure we manage, paid by usage. Setup, scaling and updates are on us.
Audio, recordings and transcripts are processed and stored only in data centres inside Turkey.
The models run in your data centre, on your hardware. Without an internet connection if you want.
Outbound carries a different duty of care than inbound: consent, calling hours and recording rules have to be right from the start. We built the architecture around that — and around one more rule: the data stays with the organisation.
In a 15-minute demo we play you a live conversation built on one of your own scenarios, then map out the deployment and consent side together.
